First details unveiled for this year's awfully-near-the-Arctic festival of wonder Iceland's premier music festival returns in 2006 with the Kaiser Chiefs (pictured) announced as initial headliners, alongside Wolf Parade, Jenny Wilson and local SXSW heroes Jakobinarina who our scribe T.
